telegrams, there is no censorship of the English Press but advice has been given as to items of news which should not be published. The Press has been requested to allow no mention of the movements of shipping to be made either in advertisements or in news columns A few cases have come to my notice where the Press has published items open to objection and the attention of the Editors have been called to this with a request that greater care should be exercised in future.
